The 8^th ISIAT Congress will be a completely face-to-face meeting with no virtual participation.

Registration fees

All the fees are 19% Romanian VAT included

 *Developing countries registration fee refers to Low income and Lower-middle-income economies, as defined according to the World Bank Country Classification. Click here for more information on the Country Classification data.

 On-line registration deadline: September 21^st 2025. From the 2^nd October it will be possible again to register on-site.

 The delegate fee includes:

• Admission to the scientific sessions
• Congress kit
• Certificate of attendance
• Access to the exhibition and poster area
• Coffee breaks and lunches as scheduled in the programme
• Practical Courses are excluded

Practical Sessions

 Practical courses for intra-articular injections by ultrasound guidance

Please note that participation is not included in the Congress registration fee and each course has a limited number of 20 delegates.

Each session will focus on one of the following topics: ankle, knee, hip, shoulder, hand and wrist, sacroiliac, elbow, lumbar facet joint, dry needling.

Confirmation of Registration

The registration is confirmed only once the payment has been received.
The invoice will be issued as soon as possible, after receiving the payment. Thank you in advance for your patience.

An application has been made to the EACCME® for CME accreditation of this event

Payment

•  By Credit Card: All major credit cards are accepted (American Express, VISA, Eurocard/Master Card)
• By Bank Transfer: Please note your registration will not be confirmed until full payment is received. Please send the bank transfer slip to: ISIATevents@aimgroup.eu not forget to indicate in the bank transfer description: Name&Surname of the participant + ISIAT2025. Bank transfers with incorrect descriptions or recipient details can bounce back and interfere with a speedy registration process.

Cancellation Policy

• Notification of cancellation must be sent by email to ISIATevents@aimgroup.eu
•  Cancellations received up to and including 21^st August 2025 will entitle the participant to 70% refund; 30% will be kept by the Organizing Secretariat as expenses charge.
• Cancellations received after 21^st August 2025 will receive no refund.

Name Changes

After September 11^th, 2025 name changes are charged with an handling fee of € 50,00 (VAT 24% included) per name change. A new online registration form for each replacement will be required before the name change can be processed. Individuals may require name changes only in exceptional cases. Please contact the Organizing Secretariat for further info.
